As an Information Systems Engineer, Stefano Komla AMEKOUDI oversees integration and innovation projects involving both educational and non-educational information and communication technologies for the Agence universitaire de la Francophonie (Association of French-Speaking Universities), where he is also in charge of developing digital spaces and promoting and developing people's skills in free software. He is also the Director of the French-speaking Digital Campus in Dakar, and is jointly organising, with Jokkolabs, the inaugural Social Media Week in the city.

Jean Claude Omer Andrianarimanana is a lecturer/researcher in inorganic chemistry and educational information and communication technologies (administration of long-distance and online training courses, instructional design, development of multimedia educational tools), and has been the Director of the Advanced Training College at the University of Antananarivo in Madagascar since January 2010.
