Vusala Alibayli was born in Baku, in 1986. She got her bachaleor degree in Baku State University. She had studied master degree in Tbilisi, Georgia, in GIPA.
She started working as the journalist in 2005 in newspaper. She is reporter for Radio Free Europe / Radio Liberty for 8 years.
She is multimedia trainer at Baku Journalism School and she had tought multimedia course in Khazar Universty this year.
