Slim Amamou is a computer programmer, entrepreneur and blogger. He co-founded the web agency AlphaStudios in 1999 and ALIXSYS in 2008 as a web services company for business. His writings focus on the modalities and mechanisms for the emergence of new global society of the Internet. He is also known for his positions against censorship and intellectual property and fights for the neutrality of the Internet. Slim was formerly Secretary of State for Sport and Youth in the interim Tunisian government.

After working as a jurist for over eight years with the law firm Pierrat, Bruno Anatrella then became a lawyer. In 2011, he founded the law firm BAGS AVOCATS with his counterpart Guillaume Sauvage. Bruno Anatrella focuses on issues pertaining to communication rights (right of publicity, press law), intellectual property (royalties, rights connected with royalties, trademark law), Internet and NTIC, providing consulting services and handling disputes. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for the association Cyberlex (www.cyberlex.org – understanding and controlling legal and technical aspects of multimedia, Internet and online services).

Nathalie Barret has been managing the job observatory in the press sector for 4 years. She coordinates “prospective” sectorial studies. Currently general manager of the ePresse digital consortium in France that brought together five majors dailies and three newsweeklies. The main objective of the consortium is to build a digital kiosk (web and mobile apps), that will allow the French press to sell its content, while retaining control over pricing, marketing and customer data. ePresse is also working on deals with Orange, Google, Bing, Ligatus, Palm, etc. He created the Monday Note in 2007, first as an internal newsletter for Schibsted's management (see below). Jean-Louis Gassée joined the Monday Note in 2008. The Monday Note has 5500 direct subscribers, 7000 RSS subscribers and get about 10,000 visits per week on its website. Prior to that, he was working as an editor for the international division of the Norwegian media group Schibsted ASA, he launched the daily 20 Minutes, he worked at Liberation. He is also a contributing professor at the Sciences-Po School of Journalism and occasionally writes features stories for Le Monde Magazine.
