Based on sharing expert knowledge, the 4M workshops aim to bolster the skills of social media players. These 1- or 2-week, hands-on training courses, dispensed by experts, are designed to meet partners' specific needs and to support them as they strive to accomplish a professional approach.

In the course of these workshops, the participants, young bloggers and journalists from traditional media get to grips with new production methods and news broadcasting on Internet. The blogs produced for these workshops, namely "Tunis Dar d'Art" (Tunis, 2012), "C'est Beyrouth... et ça bouge" (Beirut speaking, and up and doing! - Beirut, 2012), are used to experiment with creating an Internet newsroom and the publication of their output.
